1. Food Sensitivity Testing
Many people are sensitive to certain foods, and eating them can cause a (sometimes) invisible inflammatory reaction, which is a huge barrier to weight loss. 2. Hormone Testing
As most women who’ve embarked on hormonal changes can attest to, a shift in balance can cause weight loss to become painfully slow! You are not imagining it, fluctuating cortisol levels and estrogen ups & downs wreak havoc on your metabolism, making it impossible to shed pounds even on the cleanest of diets. A urine hormone test will help us evaluate where you might be deficient or imbalanced and as we begin to restore balance, weight will come off quicker and stay off longer.
3. Thyroid Optimization
Your master gland, the thyroid is the primary control of metabolism. Many people suffer from deficient thyroid without knowing or being treated. Complete thyroid testing must be done ensure your metabolism is running at top speed.
4. Blood sugar balancing

- Changing your meal timing on an Intermittent Fasting (IF) schedule can help you body become more sensitive to insulin, and use sugar for energy rather than storing it as fat.
- Using a ketogenic style diet to help your body use healthy fats for fuel rather than relying on sugar
- Using nutritional supplements such as Chromium, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and Magnesium

5. Exercise
A low maintenance fitness routine is essential for keeping weight off long term. Although starting a new exercise routine can seem daunting, it doesn’t have to be. Effective exercise does not have to include joining a crossfit gym, or going to boot camp classes. Simplicity is the key, along with consistency for lasting results! For the maintenance of muscle mass and toning while losing weight, and keeping your body at a strong and healthy body weight, a 2-3, 15-30 minute sessions of cardiovascular exercise (walking, jogging, running, cycling, rowing, swimming) per week, along with 2-3 sessions of resistance training (calisthenics, weight training) are more than enough to achieve a strong, lean, healthy physique. You exercise regimen should be tailored to your individual goals and lifestyle.
